Choose the mailbox SignalOS uses for outbound execution. Keep one active sender visible, ready, and easy to change without exposing technical connection details on the main screen.
SignalOS is checking your connected mailboxes and current active sender.
Only one mailbox can be active at a time. New outbound sends use the active sender. Already sent messages are not changed.
This identifies the app session, not necessarily the active outbound sender.
Add Google or Microsoft mailboxes when you need more sender options. Connecting a mailbox does not automatically make it active unless you select it below.
Select the mailbox that should power future outbound sends. Technical IDs stay collapsed unless you need diagnostics.
If you see Invalid state or login_id_invalid, click the connect button again. Do not open callback URLs directly.
If the provider keeps selecting the wrong account, use a private browser window or sign out of the unwanted Google/Microsoft account before connecting the new sender.
