Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Valbeck handles information when you use the Valbeck website, application, support channels, and related services.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Valbeck, we may process:
- Account information such as your name, email address, workspace identifiers, and authentication-related records.
- Subscription and billing status, transaction references, and customer-support details. Full payment-card data is handled by our payment processor rather than stored by Valbeck.
- Workspace content you provide or create, including prospect, company, research, review, sequence, CRM, reporting, and related workflow data.
- Connection and configuration information for mailboxes and third-party providers you choose to connect. Secrets may be stored in protected form when required to operate the connection and are not intended to be displayed back in plain text.
- Operational information such as application events, error records, audit records, usage information, device/browser information, and security signals.
- Messages and information you send to Valbeck support.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, isolate customer workspaces, operate requested workflows, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, maintain records, and improve reliability and product functionality.
3. Customer-connected services
Valbeck can connect to third-party services selected by the customer, such as mailbox, AI, data, verification, analytics, or similar providers. When you connect a provider, information may be sent to or received from that provider as necessary to perform the action you request. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may use trusted service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, databases, payments, email delivery, monitoring, and infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling it for money.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security and audit records, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may differ by data type and system.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and third-party provider credentials.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or restriction of certain personal information. To make a privacy or account-data request, contact support@valbeck.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. International processing
Valbeck and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border processing.
9. Children
Valbeck is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to enter into the applicable agreement for your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
